State of the art CMM and vision measurement systems help us accurately and efficiently check and double check parts to make sure they meet your specifications.

SPC Software

Data on all manufactured parts are measured and recorded in our SPC database and can be provided to our customers at anytime.

Machine Probes and Sensors

Probes and sensors enable us to monitor key part characteristics for accuracy.

This also helps machine run longer and more efficiently to ensure cost savings that can get passed on to our customers.

Die Protection

By incorporating die protection into each one of our presses we are able to program in parameters that are automatically checked when your parts are running. This allows us to insure the parts are made to specifications and also protects the dies from any unwarranted repairs and maintenance.
