Engineering

Apex Spring and Stamping provides full support in the design and development of your application. From concept to production tooling, we will assist you in the development process. Our trained engineering staff has over 65 years combined experience.

Tool & Die

Our in-house tool and die department eliminates long lead-times and excessive tooling costs. Journeyman toolmakers work closely with our engineers to ensure that you receive the finest, most cost-effective tools and products possible.

Our wire EDM machine helps us make tools with quicker lead times and being in-house we can pass the savings along to you.

We incorporate leading edge technology such as:

• In line probes and monitors to insure consistent production runs
• In line thread tapping units
• In line nut assembly
• Automation of Secondary operations
• In Line Bowl feed assembly

Prototyping

The cost of prototyping pays for itself in the long run. Apex Spring and Stamping utilizes laser machines, which are fast and efficient for cutting blanks. We also utilize in-house wire EDM machines for accurate precision cutting blanks. These processes give our customers accurate per print prototypes that can be tested as a finished tooled sample.

The evolution of prototypes can also save significant costs further down the development process when the hard tool is finished, and costly unproven changes need to be evaluated. We will evaluate your design and work with you to arrive at the best solution for design and quantities.
